Her passion for shaping lives is matched by her unwavering dedication to spiritual growth and community transformation.
A seasoned professional in the hospitality industry, LaTanya has successfully opened and managed multiple hotels, including one honored as the number one hotel in North America—a testament to her excellence in leadership and service.
As a prayer warrior and intercessor, she faithfully uplifts and strengthens those she serves, standing in the gap with compassion and conviction. She also serves as a regional ambassador for Driven to Care in the Dallas area, supporting local nonprofits that make a meaningful difference in their communities.
Above all, LaTanya is a loving wife and proud mother of four, who deeply believes in the power and purpose of the family—rooted in faith and guided by God. Having personally experienced the transformative power of community and support, she remains committed to pouring into others as others once poured into her, always recognizing that every opportunity to serve is a divine gift.

Tammy Davis

Tammy is a passionate advocate for mental health and community empowerment. As a certified ASIST Trainer in suicide prevention, she plays a crucial role in equipping individuals with the tools and confidence to support those in crisis. Her dedication extends to active service on the VF Zero Suicide Committee and the Quad City Behavioral Health Coalition, where she helps shape mental health awareness and intervention strategies.
In addition to her advocacy work, Tammy is deeply rooted in her faith community. As a proud member of the Mt. Sinai Choir, she uses her voice to uplift, encourage, and inspire. She also serves as the Coordinator of the VF ACT Program, providing essential support to individuals with severe mental health conditions.
Tammy’s passion lies in serving the elderly, individuals with disabilities, and those navigating mental health challenges—ensuring each person receives the care, dignity, and support they deserve.
Above all, Tammy is a devoted wife and mother who finds joy in empowering others and bringing hope to everyone she encounters

Carlotta Bond is a resilient and faith-driven woman who has transformed her experiences as a survivor of domestic violence, sexual assault, and other violent crimes into a powerful platform to share the Gospel and empower others.
Background
- In October 2000, Bond founded the Mary Lee House of Refuge, a sanctuary for women overcoming hardship.
- She has courageously shared the Gospel in shelters, jails, and transitional housing, bringing hope to those in need.
- In addition to her ministry work, Bond serves as a Program Manager for Individuals with Disabilities, ensuring inclusive care and support for vulnerable populations.
Her unwavering faith in Jesus has been the foundation of her mission to uplift others and share the transformative power of the Gospel.
Mission and Goals
Bond is passionate about creating safe and supportive spaces for women to:

Hosea while serving as an educator in the Little Rock School District began his apprenticeship at Miller-Elston Mortuary of Little Rock, Arkansas under the late Mr. Joe Elston, where he faithfully served there for five years. He would
later be afforded the opportunity to work at one of the leading funeral homes in Little Rock, Arkansas, Ruffin & Jarrett Funeral Home alongside Mr. Walter Hunter, crafting his skillset to serve families and honor the memories of their
loved ones. He had a vision, dream and desire to one day have his on establishment as a Licensed Funeral Director & Embalmer.
And so it was, H. D. Malone Funeral Home was established April 16, 2012 in Little Rock Arkansas by Hosea Donnell Malone.
Hosea’s unique skillset not only allowed him to launch his own funeral home, but he continues to reach out and extend his professional services to other firms that need his assistance. H. D.
