Mission Statement
F.A.C.T. is dedicated to restoring and strengthening family structures, whether single-parent or two-parent households. Our mission is to inspire hope, foster transformation, and build a sense of purpose within the entire family unit.
Program Summary
The F.A.C.T. program brings families together for a weekly, two-hour session over the course of ten weeks, focusing on essential skills, support, and shared experiences that strengthen family bonds and communication.
Weekly Gathering Structure
Each session includes:

- In-Gathering Meeting (15 min): Families come together to start the evening.
- Breakout Sessions (30-45 min): Parents and youth separate into groups to focus on age-appropriate discussions and activities.
- Reassembly for Sharing Time (15 min): Families reconvene to share insights and learning from their breakout sessions.
Family Meal
Each family will prepare a meal once during the ten weeks, bringing it to share with the group. Meal themes are preplanned and drawn weekly to keep the experience engaging. The family dinner strengthens unity and allows participants to dine and connect in a supportive environment.

Welcome Kit Contents
To make families feel valued and prepared, each will receive a Welcome Kit containing:
- A personalized greeting letter
- Information on ISP Ministries and its resources
- F.A.C.T.’s mission and vision statements
- A detailed program outline and weekly agenda
Team Roles and Support
The F.A.C.T. team is made up of dedicated professionals and volunteers, each contributing to the program’s success:
- Parent Liaison: Supports parents with program resources and provides individual assistance as needed.
- Wellness Team: Addresses mental health and family wellness topics.
- Substance Abuse Advocate: Offers guidance and support for any substance-related challenges families face.
- Youth Liaison: Facilitates discussions and activities for youth participants.
- Group Facilitator: Leads group discussions, ensuring an inclusive, engaging experience.
- Data Collection: Gathers program data to assess family progress and program impact.
